4. Return Process (How to Initiate a Return)

- Await Instructions: Our team will respond within 48 business hours with return steps and the address.
- Ship the Item: Pack securely and ship with tracking. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return transit.
5. Inspection and Refunds
- If approved: A refund will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- If rejected: We will notify you of the reason and options (e.g., item return at your expense).
6. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund.

To get a different item, return the original and place a new order after the return is accepted.
